Spark Notes is a website with tons or notes on just about any subject. Sorry Cliff Notes, but you are a thing of the past. Spark Notes is an online version of Cliff Notes in a way. Students and teachers can look up Study Guides for Writing, Literature, Math, Science,
Shakespeare, Test Prep, etc. You do not need an account to view the material. They’re free. If you wish to download the article, you can purchase it for a small fee.
Think about all of the struggling students trying to figure out what Shakespeare is trying to say. With Spark Notes you’ll have no fear. No Fear Shakespeare puts Shakespeare’s language side-by-side with a facing-page translation into modern English—the kind of English people actually speak today.
Need help writing out a Binomial Expansion?, not a problem. You can find sample problems on Spark Notes. Okay, if you know what a Binomial Expansion is, then you are either a Math Major or you need to get out more often. In any case, ceck out the site. I’m sure you’ll find it very useful. Go to www.sparknotes.com.

This year’s theme is “Excellence Through Innovation.” Start planning and get those projects going. If you plan on participating, please let me know so that I can reserve a spot for your school. I will keep you posted of any deadlines you will need to meet. We are also looking for teams from elementary, middle and high schools to participate in a Digital Chef Competition. The topic for the competition has not been established yet. Elementary and Middle schools will work on the project at their school site and present the final product at InfoTech. High school teams will work on the project the day of the conference. I hope your students can work under pressure. More details will be coming soon. I will post information on my blog as it becomes available. Http://ld04.edublogs.org
