About

I am the Instructional Technology Applications Facilitator (ITAF) for the Los Angeles Unified School District at Local District 4. I have a BA in Child Development and a Master’s in Computer Education and Technology Leadership. I taught 9 years at an elementary school in grades, 3,5, and 6. Prior to teaching I ran the computer lab and worked with students in grades K-6. I’ve also worked as an U.P.D.A.T.E Instructor for LAUSD providing technology classes to educators. I have been an instructor in the residential program at Thacher (Ojai, California), formally known as Teach the Teachers. In 2005-2006, I was chosen as CUELA Outstanding Technology Teacher of the Year.
